Policies

The Policies listed below have been put in place to help you have the best experience possible.

MISSION STATEMENT

  • Eye safety and hygiene is our priority. We take pride in our work and and maintain a clean, comfortable space which have a strict adherence to the Board of health and Safety Guidelines. We will not apply extensions that are too long or heavy for your natural eyelash as that would be damaging to the health of your natural eyelashes. 

LASH ME UP GUARANTEE

  • We guarantee our work. If you have any concerns with the service you received, let us know within 2 days and we will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge. This is a policy we’re proud to offer you.

CANCELLATIONS

  • We require 24 hours notice if you have to cancel an appointment. If you need to cancel appointment you may be charged a late cancellation fee of $60.
  • We accept cancellations by phone or text at 250-203-0210. 

NO SHOW

  • Please be courteous and notify us if you cannot make your appointment.
  • A NO SHOW to your appointment will be charged the full price of the service that you had booked.

LATE POLICIES

  • Please notify us if you are running late for your appointment. Failure to do so may result in your service being altered to fit remaining time available.
  • If you are at least 20 minutes late and we haven’t heard from you, your appointment will be treated as a NO SHOW and you will be charged a No Show Fee.
  • We respect your time, and try our best to keep our schedule running smoothly. Rarely, we run into challenges with preceding clients that can’t be predicted. If we’re running behind, we will offer you a discount of 5% for every 10 minutes you wait.

PAYMENTS

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, E-Transfers and Cash. Cheques and Debit are not accepted.

REFUNDS

  • We do not offer refunds on services. We do however, offer a Lash Me Up Guarantee on all of our services (see Guarantee Policy). If you experience an allergy and are unable to wear the eyelash extensions applied, we will remove them free of charge. Please see our ‘Allergies Policy’ for more details.

EXCHANGE OF RETAIL

  • For sanitary reasons, products cannot be returned.

ALLERGIES

  • If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please contact us immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. If you’ve experienced allergic reactions to eyelash extensions in the past and think you may have an allergy to our products, please let us know before your appointment. A patch test can be administered prior to the appointment. Simply phone or email us with this request. *Refunds are not given for allergic reactions, however, we will remove the lashes free of charge. Eyelash adhesives contain cyanoacrylates. See our refund policy.

PARKING

  • We do not provide parking. Please allow plenty of time prior to your appointment to enable you to find parking.

BICYCLES

  • We’re not equipped to safely store bicycles inside the spa. 

CHILDREN

  • We love children however do not allow them in the salon unattended. We are not able to watch them and neither will you as your eyes will be closed during your treatment.
